Dr. Amjad Farook completed his MBBS graduation from Govt Medical College Calicut in 2006 . In 2010, he joined MS in ENT and Head & Neck Surgery in JIPMER , a prestigious medical institute under the Govt of India, situated in Puduchery. After finishing the postgraduation, he worked in JIPMER as a Senior Resident in ENT and Head & Neck Surgery for one year before moving back to Kerala. At present, he is working as a Consultant ENT , Head & Neck Surgeon in Mothercare hospital , Mannarkad.

Dr. Amjad is well experienced in all kinds of Ear, Nose and Throat surgeries as well as Head & Neck surgeries. He is well known for his excellent results in Microscopic ear surgeries like Tympanoplasty and Stapedectomy. He has special interest in diagnosing and treating pediatric upper airway dysfunction , an often neglected condition that can lead to hearing impairment and facial maldevelopment in children. He has mastered modern technologies like Plasma Coblation Surgery for Adenoid and Tonsil hypertrophy in children and adults.
